In order to develop a market-oriented product, user needs and stakeholder requirements need to be translated into requirements for product development. The client had not yet defined its target end-users and how he wants to address their needs in his product.

During this workshop, the understanding of the end-user was deepened in terms of pains, needs and how the product creates a gain for the end-user. These insights were translated into requirements for product development.
